 Nautica Adriatica is new original project based on affordable luxurious cruising on the Adriatic aboard sailing Yacht that will be built exclusively for Nautica Adriatica. Maiden voyage is planned for spring 2011 followed with at least six months cruising every year on the Adriatic Sea. Available now for reservation through Membership program on two levels CRUISER and OWNER. MEMEBERSHIP BENEFITS: -Transport from nearest airport to the Yacht and back - Accommodation for two persons in double bed cabin with private bathroom and toilet (Air condition, LCD TV, DVD, CD, internet access, telephone) -Cabin cleaning two times per day -Room service -Meal and drinks (three meals per day, coffee station with pastry and snacks available 24 hours -Contract period is 100 years -Can be used by anyone of family members or friends -Can be rent, inherit, transferred or sold to other person as well as bought back by Nautica Adriatica CRUISER -One, two or more weeks cruising on the Adriatic Sea -Every year different time for cruising -No annual maintenance or management fees (all included: crew salaries, maintenance, fuel, insurance…) Pricing starts: ONE WEEK DOUBLE CABIN FOR TWO PERSONS - 42.900,00 € (VAT included) OWNER -Whole season sailing on the Adriatic Sea (minimum six months) - Owner of one cabin, private cabin, choice of decoration -Can be rent when OWNER is not onboard and in that case the income can reduce yearly expenses or even make profit. -Participate in annual expenses for one cabin (maintenance and management fee) Price: DOUBLE CABIN FOR TWO PERSONS WHOLE SEASON -257.400,00 € (VAT included) ESTIMATED ANNUAL FEE - 35.000,00 €
